Its just around the corner. Who is going?
In reply to pilotbraden: The wife and I will be there working. Ive been getting more involved with the organizer side and will be more behind the scenes moving equipment
In reply to pilotbraden: We will be bouncing all over the Atlanta/Lewiston/Hillman megalopolis so I'll keep an eye out for you.
Will be there again, never miss it. I probably can't leave until Friday morning though as I have a meeting at the kids school Thursday night
Well Pastrana is coming back to Rally America for a 'full season' season to contest the championship. I say 'full' as he wasn't going to start until 100 Acre wood. The issue is there are 3 rally's that are mandatory to those chasing the Championship. SnoDrift, 100 acre wood and STPR. so if he wanted to chase the Championship he has to do SnoDrift.
It's all moot now though as he's gone and broken his leg on one of those silly two wheel things http://moto.mpora.com/news/travis-pastrana-breaks-leg-on-nitro-circus-tour.html

I think he had a thread that said he was working for VSC. They run the Subaru Factory Cars.
Higgins/Drew for Open#75 Van Way/Edwards for Super Production#600
Co-worker Fogg doing his first rally as well, unsure on his car number, but give him encouragement. He'll be in Open Light.
We've been here since Wednesday night working on setup. The Coldlanta-Lewiston metro area is full of rally cars and snow.
In reply to logdog: I am leaving at 4 to head up with a friend. I was in mexico till tuesday night so it should come a quite a shock for temp. I will be in a black BMW x5 with an M-33 sticker on the back (the same one we came in to look at the rx-7). have a good time everyone that is going.
I think the guy with the red hat is me, I was wearing that same get up in Lewiston Friday afternoon.

I backed out and did not attend. Wind chills were too sustained cold for me to want to drag my 5 year old son out into the woods.
You'll need to log in to post.
