it offers the agile handling and prodigious grip of the Camaro V-6 1LE tempered by the lackluster forced-induction four
?!
I own a 2016 V6 1LT with a manual. This weekend, I got to drive my dad’s 2018 2.0t 1LT with auto. It is anything but lackluster.
Let's make the 1LE package available on the current Camaro instead of the new fascia that looks like complete ass.
Pretty sure the parts are already just a mouse click and some cash away. GM Peformance Parts will hook you up for a small fee.
C&D doesn't like the I4 in the Camaro, but it's still makes for a fun car.
The 2.0L Camaro might have been a bit of an overdog in last year's Solo II nationals, so I can't help but wonder if the 1LE will be classified differently. The performance delta between the I4 and V6 is very small, I'd argue both engine variants should be in the same class.
I don't know who at GM thought the 2019 redesign looked better...
