Nationals is fun. No matter how good my car is I have no chance of being competitive but I still enjoy going. I have registered the LMP360 to be non-competitive in AMod. It just seems like a fun thing to do with a Challenge car.
I run Thursday Friday and am planning to stay onsite in my RV. This will be my first year staying on site.
Who from GRM-land is making the adventure and what days? Would love to get together with people, hang out, grill food and such.
I thought about running EMod but it would require building an alternate front end and either removing the wing or putting in 200lbs of ballast and neither would suddenly result in the car being competitive, so AM lets me drive and have fun.
Hope lots of you are coming!
Not this year, maybe never, but it's on my bucket list.
We're in for... something. Currently registered in AS/ASL, but it's looking likely to become DS or possibly SS.
This will be our 14th time at Nationals and we are not running EM this year, we are driving a Lotus Elan in DM and DML. We might run the Pink Panther in AM next year and hopefully the Camaro will be ready for CAM-T in 2024![](https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/prod.mm.com/uploads/2022/07/14/1657854253_95fe3e4e-5f2c-4b9d-9a07-f846fb22e1d2_mmthumb.jpeg)
I'm registered in the Zoomboni for EM. Will be paddocked with the Central Kentucky Region peeps.

I'll be there running in CP.

Bump to the top. Still 175 spots open. If your on the fence don't worry about being non competitive.
Running in AMod on street tires I'm likely in the running for last overall on index so you don't have to worry about that.
I'm a year or 2 out from getting there. It's on the list though.
Glad to see the forum represented. And, yes, Nationals is way fun.
