SpeedTV.com will have streaming video of the race during the "other BS".
for audio though, you will have to tune in to RadioLeMans.com

There's a way to record streaming video, it involves software. I looked into this same Q for different reasons. Basically you need software to perform several layers of filetype conversion until you finally end up with mpeg video. I seem to remember something called SUPER being integral to this, so you might want to Google that.

RLM is free, I might try to bring up the speedtv thing, but the wireless there at work, is about as useful as a weed whacker in Buffalo during a February Blizzard.
