Yea, I've seen enough of them last year to know to keep away. Having judged twice at northeast races, I have a pretty good idea of who to give a wide berth to, sadly.
I don't really have the funds to build a car ( although I have a car I could donate to a team that wants to build one) but I'd definitely would make plans to go over a spectate.
I might try to make it up to NHMS for one of the events, just to spectate. I didn't attend one racing event as a driver or spectator last year due to personal dramas, so I need to make up for it somehow.
Sonic - I'm confused I was on Bill Danger for both races in 2011 and we had 2 black flags - 1 for passing under yellow (honest mistake) and another for incidental contact while in a corner (we were the car ahead, not behind). I personally give point bys all the time and thank you waves to all who allow a clean pass. We had nothing but good experiences with other racers and great camaraderie in the pits with all. Not sure where/how we pissed you off or why you'd need to leave us a wide berth - all of our drivers have many years of good racing experience, but we'd love to have a beer with you at the next race and bury the hatchet - we're not doing this for anything else but fun!
