Yeah. We're about eight hours in right now. Started a 3pm local (German) time, which is six hours ahead of east coast US time. So it'll be wrapping up as the US is getting out of bed Sunday morning.

The internet in the press room is fast when it works, but the traffic is so heavy that I get bounced off frequently. I'm trying to get stuff posted as best I can.

Security. Mostly so dudes can't hide in the front corner and jump women as they enter to steal their purse (or worse). Sorry to answer that presumably rhetorical question with actual information instead of a smart-ass joke.

Edit: now that I look closer, it would be really hard for an adult human to hide in the corner of this particular elevator anyway. Not to say they didn't just spec all the elevators in the building the same way without regard to layout.
