The best advice I have gotten for new enthusiasts - Create a budget for performance mods like coil overs, R-comps, etc... then spend that much on safety gear.... then spend that much on "Driver upgrades" like coaching, schools, etc..... THEN buy the gear and enjoy far more benefit and value from it due to the first two budgets

Currently returning from a great 4 day weekend at Barber vintage motorcycle festival, I can say spending time with friends and family while enjoying one of you hobbies is a great thing to do on a regular basis. My youngest son and a few of our friends have been doing this event for going on 15 years now. Take time to enjoy life. Don't take things too seriously!
