3 piece wheel expert advice needed!

So I found one of my long time search items on Craigslist and go to check them out tomorrow. They are Panasport C8 13x? In 4x100 pattern.

The width and offset details are sketch at best, they are supposedly 11" wide which should mean the seller is measuring lip to lip rather than bead to bead.

I'm curious if anyone knows if the Panasport use a std barrel bolt battery or something random? The price is reasonable enough that I might be able to deal with buying lips or barrels to sort them out.

Ideally 13x8 seems to be the hot ticket to run 255/40/13 Hoo Hoo's.

Do any of our wheel whore / wheel experts know anything about these?

They were standard at one point but since they haven't been made in a long time I doubt you'll find any. Having them made isn't difficult or all that expensive (in the grand scheme of things). WheelFlip made me my last set of lips (for Volks) and they are pretty nice.

Also, since he is measuring them wrong for width you may find that his offset measurements are wrong as well and they may not be off as far as you think.

Really appreciate the input from one of the wheel pro's. my fingers are crossed that given the mis-measurements they are actually 13x9 with a nice offset. That is a hair wider than preferred but think they'll be a great set of race shoes.

It looks like barrels are ~150 each from my quick Google fu. Can you share what the Volk lips cost to get sorted?

A little more than that each but the price goes up with size. I was able to reuse two barrels and two lips so it didn't break a grand with shipping. 13" should be in that $150 range.

Edit: REAL was making lips and barrels for awhile for customs as well and were a bit cheaper; wouldn't trust them for the street though. Also, tunershop and bfi have ready made parts for sale but I'm not sure about panasport parts. My brother had threepiece.us make him some parts for his Weds and his OZ...

So appreciate the enabling as I was able bring the 3 piece Panasport C8 home from Craigslist on the cheap with worn tires. El Rabbitto has a new set of dancing shoes...

Ironically with the Hoo Hoos in 255/40/13 they weighed in 9lbs a wheel lighter than my 235/45/13 khumo's and diamonds.

From left to right they came in at 26.2lbs, 36.8lbs, and 35.2lbs ala my highly instrumented bathroom scale.

Thanks for the encouragement. They ended up being 10.5" wide with 5" backspacing. They are silly wide.
