With the new suspension on the car I'm getting ready to take it in for a race alignment. I know the factory specs are kind of crap but my interwebbing hasn't found me much better than "as much caster and camber as you can" or drag race setups.
So those of you that autocross 3rd gens, what specs are you set to?

Hit up Sam Strano on Facebook, He is really responsive and would have a good baseline I would think
Yep, Sam Strano is the one to talk to. Can find him here as well: Link
Also a fair amount of information on frrax, not sure if you can view without joining.

I added some tabs to my upper strut mounts to make the slots longer, I now have 1.5 negative camber and zero toe. Had to grind the struts a little where they were hitting the body. (Where the tube pressed into the lower bracket. Bracket flares out a bit and was catching the body under compression)
Back in the pre R/huge days, I ran about a degree neg and all the casters. Tire wear was pretty even, street wasn't too bad.
I doubt this info gleaned from 235/60 15 Comp TAs has much bearing on modern choices, but I was pretty speedy in 1984.
I've got koni yellows and UMI adjustable uppers, hopefully that will help avoid the contact issue.
Headed off to Chase Race in a few minutes, I'll post my final specs here when I get back, in case someone is searching later.
more details in my build thread.
