Just putting this here for visibility:
The internet has been abuzz all week about the sale. I went this morning at 830. Cashier said people were waiting when they opened and she expected to be out of jacks by noon. I saw 3 super dutys including mine go out the door in less than 5 minutes.
Plus I got my free bucket!
I did the 1.5 ton Aluminum because I'm tired of my heavy 3 ton with slow pump for just Prius work.. At 11:00 I got the last one in the store. Someone was buying a larger version as I was buying mine.
...and a free bucket
I was a little concerned about them running out but I just got back and they seemed to still have plenty of just about all the options and it wasn't terribly busy. Grabbed an $80 1.5 ton aluminum jack. My current harbor freight brand one is still working fine (partly because it gets used about 3x per year) but it's getting old and can't last forever. The extra stability of the double front wheel is a nice upgrade too.
My local HF was out of the 2 ton , Aluminum jacks ,
One question , how does the "Steam roller" in the front go over small rocks etc ,
it seems like that could be a problem if the floor is not very clean.
Thanks for your thoughts
Went at 8:30 and picked up a 1.5T one to replace the old harbor freight brand one that was starting to act up.. Cashier guy reminded me about the free bucket so got that as well.
Got in there 15 min before closing.
Apparently in my store they had a specific stack of floor jacks for the coupon, and ended up getting a 3 ton super duty out of a choice of... 3 ton super duty jacks.
A bit of overkill and more than I planned on spending, but it will certainly cover my use cases.
I did forget to ask about the bucket and so did the cashier.
All in all, very happy and thankful about everyone that posted regarding the coupon.
I have the 3 ton super duty and love it. My only two complaints are I could use an extra 1/2" of lift (but 23" isn't bad), the rubber pad disintegrated the first few times I used it, and it's obviously heavy. But having a low profile, high lift, heavy-duty jack has been wonderful!

Motherberkeleyer. I bought one last week.
Since you are within the 90-day return window, email Customer Service and see if they'll honor the coupon. Worth a shot.
When the 34" Full Bank Tool Cart came out, I ordered it online during their pre-Black Friday sale ($100 off). However, they knocked $200 off the item for their Black Friday sale. I emailed Customer Service and they ended up crediting me the difference.

Did you try, late?
I didn't, assuming they'd be out, and a bit of a trip to get there and find out.
From others posts, I should have tried!
My local store was out of the 1.5 ton that I wanted to replace my dead one I drag to the race track - my steel 3 ton weighs 80lbs. I went up the road and got the last one 20 minutes away, worth the trek. Got there at 7:30 or so, closed at 8. The clerks were in awe of the number of jacks they sold.
I'm still hauling the average 20+ year old steel 2 ton jack of my dads, (it happens to be red, but identical to my almost as old HF grey)
My 3ton AL HF jack broke a wheel; befor I could repair it, someone else "decided" they needed it!
I discovered today, my dads 1.5 ton AL has walked away, as well.
Couldn't have afforded any of their nicer ones, but would have made the effort for 40% off the 1.5 ton.
Ah, well.
I got the same 1.5 as well, because loading the 3 ton into the truck was too much of a pain for autocross. $85 for the 1.5 was a killer deal.
the Pittsburg brand one is going on sale in early October for $75 I think. It was in the October sales flyer.
I take it back. I'm glad I didn't. I figured to 1.5 ton Al was about that, before the "discount"
I'm just a shell of the man I used to be, but I'll have to keep draggn' the all steel 2 ton around!
