My 2002 DD 4runner. Gas light was on, so I filled it up. Pulled out of the parking lot, up a hill, and stutters hard. Any touch of the gas and it shakes worse. Tried out higher RPMs, and it seems smoother, but still not right. Any guesses?

If it was really low, some debris in the tank could have been sucked into the fuel pump. Hopefully, it's just a tank of bad gas.
Call the gas station you filled at. Likely, if its bad gas they have already heard about it, and assuming you have a reciept or card statement, often will reimburse for repair costs.
Those are the classic symptoms of contaminated fuel. If you're lucky it's just a bit of water and some dry gas will clear it up. If you're unlucky the tank will need to be dropped and cleaned and fuel filters will need to be replaced. If you're really unlucky you'll need new injectors. Regardless, you should let the station know sooner rather than later that you're having a problem.
