We removed the EFI from the RX5.0, changed the EFI pump to a Holley Blue, added a Holley regulator and a Edelbrock carb. Fuel is pouring into the carb.
Three pumps, 2 regulators and changing to both a Holley and a Demon have not fixed the problem, we need guidance.
What pressure are the regulators supposed to deliver? Have you check pressure after the regulator? Is the return line big enough to let it actually regulate down to the target pressure?
Incredibly bad luck leads to all 3 carbs having sunk floats?
regulator screwed too far in? are you using a fuel pressure gauge when adjusting the regulator?
Edelbrock like 5.5 psi. A holley 7.5 psi setting floods them every time.
We are using a gauge but it might be off, will double check that.
Return line not being utilized at this time although the old one for the EFI is still on the car
