I don't know if this is just camera angles or something, but that engine is oddly centered in that engine bay (for a FWD 4 cyl).
It's a 4G63 variant so not that surprising but still impressive! There's quite a few stock long-block DSMs in the 450-500HP range. The answer to how long it will last depends on how well it was tuned.
The biggest longevity issues I see will be wheel bearings and transmission.
My sister in law had one of these. She came to me a several years ago saying its making an odd noise. I checked the oil and it had nothing on the dipstick. She said it was making that noise for a few weeks. Added some oil and it was good to go. She drove that thing up until a couple months ago until she gave it away still running. She abused that car and it never left her stranded.
I was following a similar build to this (looks back) 5 years ago...
