Once we realized it was down on fluid and adjusted the TV cable things did not get much better. It's hard to find anything below OD (D21) with the shifter. It surges just before up-shifting from 1 to 2. I've tried adjusting the TV a multitude of ways but to no or little affect. Was gonna pull the pan and replace the filter. Any other ideas? Need a cheap fix or this van is not gonna make the Challenge.
I've used this as a band aid in the past.
Pop the governer cover make sure the flyweights move.
