3/4" square tube steel from the hardware store, + a hing, some wingbolts, a grommet, a coupling nut, and an eyebolt. The slots and bolts were to pinch down on the headrests, but it is not needed. I run bungee cords from the eye-bolt to the seat brackets to stabilize it. One wingbolt is to secure the camera, the other is stuck through the welded on coupling nut to adjust the angle of the hinge. And the result:

The angle could be better, but I spent $7, and wanted something that did not require any other modifications and was easily removable. Oh, and I gotta whore out the car (that is now for sale).
