There's a new project update, but it's somewhat old news. Still, I'm glad to finally get it up and online. It also links to a little movie with a time lapse movie from some of the longer driving legs.

Thanks, it was a great trip. I'm still a little mad about losing a lot of the photos and video bits from the trip, but c'est la vie I suppose.
I'm not totally up on your Miata. What kind of power does it make, and do you know what kind of mileage you got on the trip?
It makes 238 horsepower at the wheels, and on this trip netted a door-to-door average of 24.7 mpg.
A two-door convertible is on the ragged edge of impractical for me, and I have almost considered moving on from this car a few times. An hour behind the wheel always cures that, though.
Always fun to have you here, Tom.
You dumped a few of those photos on my hard drive when you were at FM. Are any of those the ones you lost? Since you seem to have track pictures, I'm guessing not...
No, the ones I lost were all road trip bits. I have New Orleans, Arkansas, and the "Museum of Crazy" in Genoa, but most of the other stuff is gone.
Lessons learned, I guess. I'm asking Santa for more memory cards.

You ever sell the Miata I've got first dibs! That little beast is one of the most fun cars I've ever driven.
Trade for a sweet Eagle?
