Well, the styling would be a ton better. The 1st-gen MR-2 looks like the 80's puked all over the beautiful Bertone design (which it did)
Also: the Fiat has a removable targa top that fits in the frunk.
The 4AGE is an old engine and just isn't as impressive anymore.
Finally, it would just be awesome to have a little Fiat burble by, like the SRT-4's do. It's a much deeper burble than the 500 Abarth's, but very distinctive.
