I can confirm it was available as an AWD/manual combo, as a friend's sister/her boyfriend searched for & found a used one a few years ago. Beyond that I don't know any details.
They definitely exist....Rare but they do exist. 51 for sale nationwide on Autotrader from 2003-2009 model years.
