Despite their current financial teething/growth issues they are radically more stable than others like Fisker and Rivian due to enormous Saudi government investment into them. They are going to be one of the companies that succeed.
a GMC acadia is about 4800lbs, toyota sienna is 4700lbs, a BMW 5 series is 3500-4800lbs
everything weighs this much now, there are no ~2300lb cars (except miata, because its always the answer) anymore, even a corolla these days tips the 3000lb scale.
