My guess is they stole the cats, owner either couldn't afford new, or the aftermarket ones he got aren't cleaning up the tailpipe enough. Cost of repairs might outweigh the rest of the car? Looks like it spent the majority of its life in CO, except for a brief stint in CA. Be curious to see how rusty it is
Next time I need to park somewhere for free for up to a month, I know where I'm going!!
