Accel Super Coil boot info needed !

Anyone know where to get a big enough coil wire boot to fit over the terminal on those big 'ol yellow and brown square sort of Accel Super Coils from the 90's?

I mean, the diameter of that terminal is MASSIVE ! Far bigger than the boots on my 8.8 wires will fit over. Wondering if there's a special over-sized boot that's available or what.

I've looked around and a lot of guys are running those coils without a boot at all, just the wire jammed into the terminal hole. I'm looking for something a little tidier than that. Anyone know where to pick up a couple of Big Boots for this thing?

i could probably dig one out and toss it in an envelope. think boot from old school points distributor

you just need a boot and terminal from a coil wire for an old car with points..

I'm not sure if a regular coil boot would fit, the OD of the terminal tower is 0.75" at the very top.

I bought an Accel coil wire and the boot doesn't come close to fitting.

I sent a tech email to Accel and never heard back (no surprise at all, not even sure why they have that on their site . . . )

Could you maybe check the size of what you have? I don't want to ask you to send along something that won't fit, you may need it for another project later on.
