It doesn't quite look like the picture to be honest. The seller started taking it apart to restore and then stopped. Easy assembly required and it will be on the road again. It comes with a mildly built engine with triple webers, an overdrive trans and a 4:11 posi rearend. Plus boxes of spare parts. I would rather have bought a nicer finished car, but beggars can't be choosers in this case.
At least you found the car you were looking for. Not easy.
And, IMHO, really important when you are taking the quest you are taking.
I love TVRs. When I grow up I hope to get one.

A guy who works at the local Library drives one of these old TVRs. I don't know enough about them to tell models apart, but that's exactly what it looks like. It's a mean little car.
