Likely a product of whatever happened to be on hand and cheap. Really a true GRM creation when you think about it. If it were close and I had the room, I'd buy it.

Admit it, if you had the two components in your garage (body and engine) you'd giggle like hell when the idea came to put the two together. You know you'd laugh like a mad scientist the whole time you were doing the swap. You would enjoy every.. last... minute of it. Deep down inside though, you KNOW you never want to actually see this scenario played out. So what do you do? You sell it. That's right, you SELL it so when you sip your PBR from a frosty can you can sigh and say "man, that was berkeleying cool wasn't it?".
That way you never have to drive it and say "What in the blue berkeley was I thinking?"
