I've tried a trombone brush, compressed air, and water to loosen the gunk in there, all in various orders. The brush goes in and hits gunk and won't go any further. I don't think it's ever been cleaned in 7 years

I need some GRM advice for compost heap busting, because that's what it looks like of what I can get out.

I always used a straightened-out coat hanger with the end bent over and crmped so it wasn't sharp.

Bass strings do a nice job, and are great for removing windsheilds, too. But yes, coathanger.

Crimp the other end over and put it in the chuck of a variable speed drill.

mazda has a redisign kit that basically puts a flow through filter in the middle section so water can drain. No idea why they changed something that worked to the nc design.
