Either would be fine. Im on both sides of town often.
Try this for a price search...Go out to TireRack, TireBuyer, or even Amazon and shop a set of tires. All these sites will then ask if you need them mounted. By putting in your zip code the sites will show you installers in your area and their price for mounting.
If you get to the Heights at all, just take them to Swedish Solution in Cleveland Heights.

I've also had good work done here in North Royalton. Tires are not their main focus but they can do them. Excellent at full car care, even weird makes like rotary and awd Volvo. I sent my Mitsubishi.
