A quick review for the 7 inch round retrobrights. I bought a set of for my 1st gen rx7, which had been running "upgraded" Sylvania silver stars which were just terrible compared to modern lighting, not much light output and pretty much no illumination to the sides.

The retro brights installed easily, they were slightly deeper than the halogens, but that was not an issue on my car. I went with the cooler color temperature because I saw a test that showed the cooler white version gave noticeably more light output than the warmer color temp.

Overall I am very pleased with them, they are a huge improvement. I'd say they perform similar to the headlights in my wife's 2017 Volt, which are very good. They have a nice upper cutoff on the low beams and much better illumination to the sides. And I like the whiter color temperature - they don't have the blue quality some lights have.

Only minor criticism - as mentioned by ghia monster with his square versions, these have a small group of dark specks in the light pattern. They can be a little distracting if you focus on them, but really not a big deal at all for me.

I also got a set of retrobright brake bulbs. They are brighter than filament bulbs, but they are causing the brake lamp dash light to come on, so I need to get a set of resistors to install.

This shot looks way more yellow than IRL:

Somewhat less favorable review (and suggestions for other options) here:

I have the smaller version of the Retrobright in one of my E30s. I've been happy with them, they definitely look "right" on the car, but the beam is definitely more uneven than I was expecting. Most of it is down on the road in your nearer vision, which can be a tad distracting. Cutoff is better than the usual LED-in-a-halogen-housing situation, but there's still some spillover. Good beam width, which many aftermarket LEDs I've used struggle with. Certainly miles better than sealed beams. I don't regret purchasing them at all, even if they aren't perfect.
