I have a meeting coming up in February in Cleveland and looking for something for the group to do, thinking indoor karting. We are staying across from the rock and roll HOF and don't want to take 30 people across town so....any ideas?

I have no cart answer but...
You will be near Quicken Loans Arena, see what is on their schedule.
Near, and basically attached via underground walk to Quicken Loan Arena is the Cleveland, Horseshoe Casino.
Attached to those two via underground walkway is Tower City Mall which has movie theaters.
Also close by is Cleveland State's Wolstein Center which has concerts and events.
Great Lakes Brewery is off w25th st placing it just on the edge of downtown. Not just a great brewery but a good restaurant too if you have to feed them.
I'll second Great Lakes. Get there if you can. Somebody else may know of something I don't, but I don't think there is any indoor karting anywhere near Cleveland...Hey, that gives me an idea...
I am not sure how athletic your group is but here is a Cleveland Original, Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Trails. They offer bike rental too.
7 miles, 15 minutes out of downtown.
I have never been there but always wanted to.
Also look into The House of Blues, Cleveland. Right downtown.
Tues Feb 18th, Dropkick Murphys $29

Great Lakes does tours.

Plan a group tour for 30 and then food for 30.
If you need help, I have a friend who is in the marketing dept for Great Lakes but this should be a pretty common type service that GLB offers. Call and try setting up a group reservation.
Greatlakes is awesome bar. I like Winking Lizards as far as bar/restaurant.
They use to have a indoor karting place in Cbus but I believe it is still closed, the next closest is Buffalo just opened one.
Forget everything mentioned...this place just opened this past summer and it is the highest quality place to attend. Authentic and awesome.
I have spent many a night there, and if you head out i may swing by haha

Been pondering the idea of starting one of these for years and they beat me to it, gotta check it out soon, I heard its Ok
Cleveland only has old school go carts in the summer located on the Brookpark rd next to the strip clubs and Captain Taco, Rays Mountain bike park is a spectacle in itself located on the near westside and the downtown area has the already mentioned House of Blues next to east 4th street http://www.east4thstreet.com/
