There's an Acura Integra that's been parked in our lot for at least 3-4 weeks straight. It's a small lot, we share with a fitness place & an empty storefront, so it definitely sticks out. At least to someone eyeing an Integra with decent wheels.

I don't think the property owner cares yet, might not even know it's been there a length of time, he doesn't visit much except to respond when something needs fixed.

Is there a genuine way for a civilian to run the plate? Curious if it's stolen and abandoned, or just died? Maybe hiding a repo. I've seen enough of the "check that phone number for a small fee of $$$$" sites to figure the same thing for plates. Ohio.

I think that information is public knowlage. When I was in the Alfa club in Ohio the president went to the DMV and got a list of all of the Alfas registered in the state for like $10.

Query the police. Tell them you think the car is abandoned. they will check it out.

Call your local PD. Have them run the plate. They may not give you an answer but if it is stolen, they will come out after it. If not stolen, you may have to contact a tow company to get it moved.
