Ebay has a service advertised where they'll do an inspection. The fee used to be reasonable (something like $100), if you can't find anyone else.
A guy looked inspected my 1992 notchback that I was selling on Ebay for two hours as part of this service. He was definitely thorough, but I'm sure that depends on the inspector.
