Probably going to spectate for at least a day. Might knock the cobwebs off the ITS car to run at a later event to say I did.

I'm ready, but registration closed when they got to 175 entries. Hopefully I can get in later in the season, which would be a lot better for me anyway.

I tried but was too late...filled up pretty fast. Kind of a good thing because the k1200s just recently decided to run on 1 cylinder. Troubleshooting the BMW canbus with basically no online support is FUN. I hope to be there next time.

A welded NHRA style 5 point gets you to 150 or 175, but there are other rules that make the jump over 135 more difficult. My Shadow has a cage, yet I was tech limited to 135 when I ran Maxton a year or two ago.

I don't have the rule book in front of me, but fire supression systems, scattershields, etc. all come into play at some point also.

Maybe that explains why the records for the classes the car is legal in are right around 135mph. Bummer.
