true, but my wife gets a pretty stellar family discount (Her grandpa retired from GM as a fairly high level manager after 40+ years with a full pension...the discount is not insignificant). Its worth it to me to get a car with a full warranty, and exactly the options I want. The discount makes up for a majority of the depreciation hit.

Speaking of options, I wonder if its possible to get the dealer to add on the RS package to an eco?

I had one for a rental car on a business trip. I put ~600 miles on it in one week.

Bloody awful vehicle. You'd like to think a turbo motor mated to a 6-speed automatic would make it peppy. You'd be wrong.
