I'd dump everything I could into EVs, with a particular eye toward modularization and expansion.
So:
- A hybrid that could be converted to an EV
- An EV with battery swappability and expansion potential
- Performance items that could be modified by wire, or simple reprogramming. Upgradable performance tunes, upgradable emissions times, modular plug and play Nav systems, etc
- A hybrid that could become an EV that could become a self driving car
- High performance electrics
- Trucks.
Hmmm.... sounds like Tesla!
