Anyone going to Formula 1 this weekend?
The rain keeps getting delayed. Quite a few people in my office think it's just going to blow over because we were supposed to have rain Thursday but only a few sprinkles, was supposed to rain hard today but nothing's happened.
I'm afraid it's just because it's moving slower than expected which will mean more rain.
As of right now, there's supposed to be less on Sunday, but we'll see how much.
Kinda hoping it does rain as I might be able to get some last minute covered seats cheap. This morning, you could have gotten covered grandstand seats for $10.

Same. I was thinking maybe Forumual 1 was some kind of strange auto-forum car show or something.
That was the hardest rain I've ever been in. Holy cow.
I'll be there for the rest of the weekend. Looks like I might get pit tours of Lotus and Merc tomorrow, too Spent tonight hanging in the garage with Andy Hollis, serious car nerdery ensued.
If you come out bring the rain gear. 7 am and it's already the rivers of the Americas with a lot more rain inbound.
Live update: historic session cancelled. First track action scheduled at 10 with the 3rd F1 practice session. Gates aren't scheduled to open till noon. Well about to go out to station. Be safe if you show up today.
