Lake Superior Pro Rally. Who's going?
I want to work crew for someone at the rally, or perhaps work safety for Rally America itself. I have spectated in the past, and I just think it would be more fun to get in on the action. Anyone with contacts or information please feel free to post it here, or send me a PM.
If you've been to a rally before as a spectator, then you should definitely try to crew this time around. It's a good way to see things from inside the ropes - literally - and most teams - especially the grassroots kind - can use the help.
The only downside is that you won't get to see any of the cars on stage, and it can be a long wait until your team rolls (hopefully under their own power) back into service. If they've had any off-road excursions, it can be a hectic 30 mins depending on what they're driving.
Your best bet is to head over to specialstage.com and post in the crew forum. If you don't get any replies post in the main forum.
Great way to see a rally, and LSPR is a good one.
