Just seeing if anyone else will be headed there. This will be my first time, we're working with a grassroots team from Grand Rapids, MI named Fervor Rally Sport, they've done well in the past and I'm super excited to see them run. Anyways, just wondering if anyone's been before and can give me any insight into what to expect, other than seeing awesome cars fly down a snow path, haha. My customer has cars and usually goes. They do incredible work on their car and I get to check out their shop sometimes.

Didn't he have his mirage rally car for sale earlier? Sad to see, that was one of my favorite cars at SnoDrift in the past.
We're not going this year, summer SnoDrift is just so much nicer to attend and its fun to camp out there at the same time.

I don't really know. Hopefully, they did. If it's going to be cold, there may as well be a nice covering of snow.

We have a crew going myself and pilotbraden and 4 others. We have been going for years. Pilotbraden has a place by Comins. We look at the spectator guide when it comes out and find a good corner we can get to from his place and hang out. It is an awesome time. We will look for the car you mentioned. Keep us updated with your plans.

If I have the details right they cut the floor and drivetrain out and weld it to a Mirage. They do great work - always something going on and usually they don't want me bugging them.

Its a super cool build, Evo X engine and drivetrain but in a short-wheelbase lighter Mirage chassis. Wish I had the coin to build something like that!
No plans to go this year, but a couple of us went last year.
It was a great experience!
As Chrisd stated our posse is going. I plan to drive the course Wednesday and Thursday. If anyone wants to ride along I would love the company.. tawasbayweatherstation has a noaa snow depth map that is very accurate. Presently I see 6" to 15" on the rally route. I sincerely hope that it is not colder than last year, we had 63 degrees of frost Saturday morning at dawn. On the other hand the outhouse did not stink.

I believe we're gonna be up there Thursday evening, I'll keep you updated. Would love to meet up with some fellow GRM folks! We will be covering the car and team all weekend so not positive how much free time we'll get. Super excited for it though! Gonna try to scout and find the best spots to film some action.
