I want to sell my XJR and buy a 4 door autotragic 4x4 that can be dinghy towed. The most common option seems to be Jeep - but well, yall know me better than that. The next logic choice would be LR Discovery - which probably would work for me, but there are a whole lot of Discoverys out there....
So... the answer has to be La Forza. But I can't seem to find any for sale at the moment, except for one on eBay that is roughly twice my budget.
What's your budget?
There was a couple on the local CL not too long ago.
Walt better way to get towed home while towing a Biturbo.
I love your affinity for the obscure.
Please tell me that some day you will land a 1985 Bitter SC

So, for S&Gs I ran Laforza through my CL search and found the motherload of parts.
Laforza Chassis & Parts - $16000

And one complete in FL.
Gorgeous 1990 Laforza - Pininfarina designer of Ferrari SUV 4X4 - $6900

I like where this is going
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times... There's nothing more expensive than a cheap LaForza.

Actually, you'll be pleased to know the Bitter is on my list. I'm on the FB group for them.

We're listening...
'01 XJR, 140kish miles. I'll get a copy of my CL add when I get it posted.
I am pleased!
About the time they were new, I was a College freshman in the "preppy" era dreaming of financial success while staring at the pictures and classifieds of The Robb Report.

The bottom one is on eBay with a starting bid of $4900. Looks nice though.
Considering that it is listed in DBeach, the home of GRM, I'll bet it is possible to get someone to look at it.
Not to speak for someone but this looks like the type of Tom would be interested in considering his Trooper fascination.
I worked with a guy who owned one when he lived in CA. HE had good things to say, but his may have been converted to Chevy small block IIRC.

The later ones came stock with GM power.

In that color/ wheel combination it looks a lot like a trooper.
In reply to m4ff3w:
You need your own GRM meme.
Something like: Most obscure car in the world?- Been there/Done that/ Got bored/ Moved on, Hi, my name is m4ff3w.
Or, when a BiTurbo is just to mundane, you are m4ff3w!
Before you decide you want one, try looking for front brake rotors, I am pretty sure they are NLA, but someone may have figured something out since I last looked.
Decent Laforza's start around $5-6k.

I'm pretty sure that no one's ever said those words before.
You should have spoke up sooner. There was one parked/abandoned a few blocks from me depot but I haven't seen it in a few weeks.

I've not often let "decent" get in my way of an obscure vehicle.
i almost bought a $500 one a few years ago that needed brakes. then i went to rock auto and several other sites and the unavailability of brake parts caused me to not buy it.
