Looking for new summer tires for my DD Alltrack. I was originally set on the Conti ECS02, but came across these on Tire Rack. I've run Quatrac Pros in the past and was really impressed with them. With the discount, they're almost $250 cheaper for a set of 4 than the Conti and $550 less than the Michelin. Seems like a no brainer to me, unless one of y'all have some bad experiences to share.

I was intrigued by the same argument, but unfortunately for you, they should show up today and it'll be a couple weeks before I get a chance to mount them up and try them out. E46 M3 convertible, by the way. I've been running the Michelins, but I'm not going to keep the car much longer and didn't want to spend the money. I've been happy with the other snow and all season Vredesteins I've purchased, so it seemed worth a shot.
I just put a set on my mk7.5 GTI as I had the exact same question and have been super happy with them so far, typically put ECS02 or PS4s on my cars and in daily driving I haven't noticed any deficiencies to those, certainly not for the massive price difference. Haven't made it out to an HPDE with them yet but if they're mildly competent they'll more than fit the bill.
