This looks very interesting... I'm going to need to keep this on my radar, how rigid does the camera need to be? I wonder if it could be mounted to a drone and still track your vehicle...

It has to be fixed and calibrated. The calibration process takes a couple of minutes and if you move the camera it has to be recalibrated.
