Nah they trust that even if you're not in violation--which we are not--if their ad garners enough interest, they'll have enough people to file a nuisance suit and then we'll settle for cheaper than the cost to defend. Bad plan, because while I like to believe we're HUGE, they are not likely to attract enough interest to form said class; if they did, the payout would be in the two's of dollars. Also, I may be a bean counter, but I am one who hates scumbags, so I'd be willing to spend the extra bucks to see these E36 M3heads in court.

Not sure if it is related. But, earlier today safari browser on my iPhone wasn't letting me onto GRM. When I tried to the website it said something about being compromised or unsafe. Didn't think much of it until I saw this thread. Just a heads up to the moderators if they have not heard of this yet

I ordered a GRM T shirt. It was advertised as white.
What I received was perhaps a bit more like "snow" or perhaps "porcelain."
I have suffered irreparable harm. My dog won't even speak to me in public anymore. I'm calling these guys.
See they are at 10 comments, mine was number #2 calling them out and letting them know they sounded like POS's.
Usually you cannot read the comments though!

This is why all the worst content on social media gets magnified...don't feed the trolls...giving them any interaction just tells the algorithm that people are interacting with their content and so it should get boosted...
