I think 'where' matters...
As the previous poster said, where you/the car are located has a lot to do with how much you could expect to ask/receive for this car.
I'm originally from Pa. but now live in Fl. so if I was in Pa, the lack of A/C wouldn't bother me as much as it would in Fl. Of course, if I lived in Pa, I'd also probably be in the market for a car that is a bit more cold weather suitable (as in AWD, or at least FWD).
When I lived in Tn, you would see MR2s every once in awhile...but because they weren't a "main stream" car like a Camry, they didn't come up for sale all that often. Even here in Fl, I don't see them all that often on CL, with the 2nd gen far outnumbering the 1st gen.
In Ca, it's anyone's guess how much you could ask/get for this car. A/C isn't crucial in the bay area, but might be in L.A. or San Diego.
Off the top of my head, I'd say at least $2,500 and as high (but it might be a stretch) $3,500.
BTW, some of the "mods" you've made, like the "no cat" could impact where this car can be licensed for the road...depending on where you live. In Pa, where my father lives (VERY rural area) there are no "sniffer" tests. Where my brother lives, in Philly, there are. In Memphis, where I used to live, there was a sniffer test, but if the car is "clean" it passes...no one checks for "mods". As I understand it, Ca. checks for mods and has a statewide sniffer test.
Doesn't look like it needs paint and I don't see any rust. Based on solely what can be seen and what you've listed it looks like you should get a decent price depending on where the car is. Hard to say how much though without seeing the car in person...
Have you been around mr2oc.com much?
Why is the oil cooler not hooked up?
...and where is it?

The car is located in VA near lynchburg which is about 2 hours west of Richmond.
The oil cooler is bypassed because the factory oil cooler sandwich plate's feed line is stripped, so it was just removed from the block. The factory oil to water oil cooler is still bolted to the firewall but it has been capped off.
Removing the cat wasn't so much a mod as on the factory exhaust i taped the exhaust with a hammer and from the header bad designated because of rust. I never replaced it because here in eastern VA there are no emissions test but i was considering dropping the 100$ and throwing in a magnaflow cat.
