date stamp of 2017, bought them in 2019. Barely drove them, maybe 2k miles in total? Rubber seems ok and not dried out to me, they were only summer driven too. They are FK-510s. I never liked the feel of them from day 1, squirmy on turn-in, not very great stopping grip, it would not sadden me to turn them into smoke.

They will be done soon, and likely while at speed.
This is one of those "if you have to ask, you know the answer."
Meme, because I can
Cracked tire are dangerous tires.
Call Falken and see if they will replace them. What can it hurt.
but really though? I bet if you walked through most major walmart parking lots you could find cracks like that in 1 or 2 out of 10 vehicles. And I don't feel like we have that many vehicles blowing tires all over the place?
I know better safe than sorry, but still it certainly seems like this is a lot more normal than the internet would lead you to believe.

Ignorance is bliss. You'll also find tires with sidewall bulges, cords showing, etc...just because they are on the road doesn't make them safe or mean that the owner isn't going to run out of luck on the way to work the next day.
I just replaced a set of Hankooks on my Miata with near-new tread because there were a bunch of cracks like OPs between the tread blocks. Especially on a car without a spare like the NC I can't afford to mess around with tire failure. That's not even getting into the safety aspect which is also a factor.
