Broadening STEM pathways is necessary and important. So much of gearhead culture is built on masculinity that the "gearheads study STEM" idea leaves out half of the workforce and hobbiests. STEM should be for everyone.

I hope they make a recording available afterwords for anyone who couldn't get a reserved ticket.
