I'm a complete beginner here and everyone has helped me find a car / figure out what exactly I want. Being a beginner wrenched, aka I know nothing, its hard to sees out a car without seeing it. I was hoping someone here who is knowledgeable about 70s muscle car could take a look at it and report how it is. I want to offer him $4000 - $4500 so any sort of rust or reason to bargain.

The car in in the Atlanta Lawrenceville area and the owner seems like a cool fellow wrenched and has no problem with someone checking the car for me.
