The A6 4.2 only came with the tiptronic, so you don't need as much out of the 2.7T with a manual to equal it. :)
As for safe, reliable boost level with 200K on the K03s... I dunno. Frankly, if they've gone that far then they're living on borrowed time already IMHO.
