autocross/solo cross standings

I've been trying to find standings of previous years. I've had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

What region? All of them would be on different sites.

You would need to call out what events you are specifically looking for.

SCCA Autocross isnt run under one banner per se like I think you are thinking.

You have National, which runs tours and nationals. They are one office.

Then you have Regional, which runs regional events. They are EACH distinct offices that are run separately by people within each region. These events have no effect on national points. There is no eligibility requirement to run nationals or tours like roadracing might have.

There are also non-SCCA groups that host autocrosses, like NASA, Porsche/BMW/Corvette and other marque clubs, Billy Bob's local motorsport club, etc.

Ah. I need new friends. Lol.i didn't realize how competitive the brz, FoST, and FiST were. Call me what you want but I wasn't that impressed with the FoST.

I am so confused by the OP's original post and subsequent responses.

I think maybe his friends told him that the BRZ, FiST, and FoST were competitive cars in their respective classes. He did not believe them after driving a FoST and feeling that it would not be a competitive car. He then found some "standings" that confirmed his friends' statements? Now he needs new friends. :)

I should mention that I'm ADD. I wanted to see if there were other odd ball cars that did well in their respective classes.

I need new friends that are knowledgeable about racing.

All this stems from finding the jack receptacle on my e36 m3 is rusted. I don't care to rip someone else off so I plan to trade it in for something else.

If you like BMW's the E46 and E92 M3 are competitive in FS.

You could get a clown-shoe M-coupe or roadster and build it for STR. S2000's are the more popular car in that class since it's the cheaper/easier option, but the M-coupe/Roadster can be competitive.

Budget, goals, prep level, and personal preferences will help us help you.

If you're just starting out, run whatever you can.

This. Any car can be competitive locally with enough time behind the wheel. On a national level, things get complicated.
