Yep heard about that yesterday on NPR. Isn't it something like $1400 for a Governator signed P71. As opposed to $1000 for an unmolested one. 400 an autograph seems a bit steep to me.

I just took a look at the CA state vehicle auction list for 9/9/09 and there are a handful of low mile 2002 Camaros.. B4C LS1s? Oh and a Dodge Prison Van. That one must smell nice inside.

Except they're ineligible. 19 is better than the 18 minimum. Not to mention the program is done.
