I've known since I bought the Cayenne in February that it has a slight pull to the right and I've had every intention of either taking it in or attempting an at home alignment- but life happened. It's honestly been the hardest year of my life. But things are on the up.
I went into the garage tonight figuring that I'd at least rotate the tires, and "one of these things is not like the others."

does this look like an alignment issue? It's the drivers rear with the inward inch missing. Next photo is passenger rear. Also wondering if it's a camber issue- and it appears there are adjustment bolts. This is out of my pay grade but thought I'd get some thoughts before it goes to a Porsche guy.

Looks typical to me.  The left tire appears to me to be a tire issue more than an alignment issue, but I've seen some weird tire wear over the years.

Modern heavy cars are hard on rear tires.

That's a good point. This is the e-hybrid so it does have a battery in the back. I'll get it aligned anyway, but I was hoping to squeeze some more life out of these off brand tires that came on it.

If that one tire is different, then there's probably an issue.  By all means, get an alignment.

If the inside of the tire is worn, that typically means toe out, right? And excessive toe-in wears the outside edge of the tire.

IIRC, I'm not testifying to it though.

Yeah there may be some extra toe-out on that wheel. Toe problems cause far worse tire wear issues than camber problems.
