What would cause the coil wire from the coil to the distributor to burn up? Rest of the wires are fine. Distributor is a Mollory Unilite with a hotter coil.

Too much load. (Cheap wire, hot coil)
Excessive Resistance. (Cheap connectors, bad rotor, bad cap)
