Just a note about that incident between the two AMGs with 40 minutes left. Engle and Gounon were co-drivers at the Daytona 24 hour race last weekend, where they won GTD-Pro.
That was a heck of a finish, and watching the 65 R8 blast through traffic was very cool to watch.
How many of you watched the combined sedans race Friday with the 1050 hp r32 skyline that was so far ahead on the straights until it crashed at reid park.

I didn't watch all of it, but I saw the start. It was like a video game and someone had the cheat codes.
I've been trying to decide if I'd rather go to the 12 hour or the 1000. The latter is the classic and would be the iconic experience, but I think the 12 hour is the race to see these days.

according to this it's actually 1170 hp and reached 203 mph on Conrad straight.
