On the old board, I remember someone posted a link to a company who was a distributor of Beck 550 Spyder replicas. This company also produced a line of Spyder upgrade parts, including seats, and would sell the Beck take off seats for a very reasonable price on a first come, first serve basis.
Does anyone remember the name of the company ? I've tried searching, but with no luck.

Try Googling Chuck Beck; that's his name, and he's in charge of the whole reproduction thing. He is a God in the Porsche crowd, He's been to a couple of PCA events here, first with a 550, and the next year with a 904 (!). He's one cool dude, and can drive his tail off. I actually got him to pose next to one of his cars; this is the man you want.
